The staff is very knowledgeable about each and every wine. They are very personal in their approach and eager to share anything you’d like to know about any wine they have. They can also get the wine you want in stock just by asking them. I feel they go above and beyond from the entry greeting to the sale. It’s hard to not walk out without at least 4 bottles. 

It's not a wine store, exactly... It's not a wine bar, exactly... It's a little bit of everything. This place is serious about their wine while having fun the whole time. There's a great room in the back for private events, plentiful seating at the bar out front... and wine... lots and lots and lots of wine... from all over the world. From the very very expensive and hard to find French and California to the obscure and inexpensive value wines. I love so much about this place! It's gorgeous, the people are nice, the wines are good. The tastings are TONS of fun. It is a true Lakeway gem and definitely worth the drive from Austin. Really, go just once and you'll see!

I consider this to be the best wine bar & store around. Steven Lester is exceptional in his ability to help everyone he mets to find the best wines for their particular palate. He has extremely well trained and polite staff and his selection of great wines is unparalleled. It has a wonderful relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and really comfortable seats. Don’t plan on going unless you plan on time sipping great wines and enjoying friends. It’s the place to be!

My husband and I stopped in here after dinner. It was so cute! We highly recommend it for a date night or party (they have rooms in the back). We can’t wait to go back. Such a great addition to Lakeway!
